TradePulse can read your trades. It cannot touch your money.
What it can do: read your closed trades, read your deposits and withdrawals, read your balance and open positions.
What it cannot do: place, modify or close a position; withdraw or move funds; change any setting on your account.
cTrader connects with one-click OAuth — the same handover your bank uses. You authorise on cTrader's own site and TradePulse never sees your password. The token it receives is read-only and you can revoke it from cTrader at any time.
MetaTrader 5 connects with your investor password — the read-only one MT5 provides for exactly this purpose. It can view an account and nothing else. Your master password is never asked for. TradePulse cannot tell the two apart, so enter only the investor password: a master password would allow trading.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Our database is hosted in the European Union and backed up weekly, with a second copy kept off-site. Some providers, such as those behind the MetaTrader 5 connection and the support chat assistant, may process data outside the EU.
Two-factor authentication is available and sessions end after 30 minutes idle.
Delete your account from Settings and it goes at once: trades, notes, screenshots, support chats and broker connections, including the MetaTrader 5 connection. No email required, no waiting period. Backups made before then are not edited; the Privacy Policy says how long they are kept.
Disconnect a broker and syncing stops immediately. Synced trades are hidden while it is disconnected, not deleted, and come back when you reconnect the same account. Connecting a different account replaces the previous account's synced trades.
